You Guys! I used to babysit Melissa! How crazy is that!? Melissa has grown into a gorgeous woman, I did feel a little old at times because I knew her when she was just a toddler, but I loved so much being a part of her special day and catching up with her amazing family. I grew up with both Melissa and Ethan. Ethan played soccer with my younger brother and, as previously mentioned, I babysat Melissa when she was just little! Funny enough, they didn’t date until years later when they “swiped right on Tinder” (yes, someone had to explain to me what Tinder was, Hahaha!).
Ethan and Melissa were sealed in the Payson Temple, which is where we also took their bridal pictures. Such a gorgeous location and the flowers in bloom made for a soft and beautifully colored background. Both Melissa and Ethan were so easy going; things never felt rushed or hectic with them. The Groom had only one request, that he take a photograph with his soccer buddies across the street from the temple after they got married. So, that’s exactly what we did! We had a little bit of time to kill before the luncheon started so the Groom played a little soccer with his buddies. I grew up playing soccer myself so I thought this was the coolest thing ever and they immediately won my heart :).
The Springville Art Museum was a great location for Ethan and Melissa’s luncheon and reception. The museum has incredible windows that made for some fun shots inside the museum. The grounds outside were just beautiful! Ethan and Melissa had lawn games, great music, a photo booth, and snow cones! I couldn’t have asked for more.
