It was just about a year ago that I was in Jackson Hole, Wyoming photographing Brian and Marika’s wedding. I absolutely love watching my clients families grow. Fast forward a year later and and now Griffin has joined the family! You guys, he is the cutest, sweetest baby! Every time I have been around Griffin, he has always been so chill and easy going. Such an easy baby to take pictures of. Let me tell you, this kid is absolutely ADORED by everyone around him. His parents, his grandparents, aunts and uncles, EVERYONE! Honestly, I can’t blame them, I adored him instantly as well.
I had another photo session with Marika’s family just the other day. Everyone was in town for the Holidays and to celebrate Griffin’s first 100 days. I learned about this Korean tradition from Marika and her family. It was a huge survival milestone if a baby lived 100 days (back when healthcare wasn’t great) and it’s a tradition Marika and her family celebrate today.
